Your whole team can now work on the same initiative at the same time. Open a section, start writing, and see your colleagues’ cursors arrive and type alongside you — each with their name, in their own colour.
- See who’s here. Avatars at the top of the initiative show everyone on the page right now.
- Write side by side. Several people can add to the same section at once. Nothing gets overwritten; you can watch each line appear as it’s written.
- Saved as you go. Every change is saved automatically, so there’s nothing to click and nothing to lose.
It’s built for the moment a team sits down to write an initiative together: one screen, everyone contributing, no one waiting for their turn.
How to turn it on or off
Collaboration is on for all initiatives. You can turn cursors and names on or off from the properties panel on any initiative.
Write your next initiative together
Improvement work moves faster when the people who know the problem write the plan together, instead of passing a document around for comments. Not using Hups yet? Book a demo and we’ll show you how teams use it to run improvement work, from the first challenge to the result.
