Implement Manufacturing Wellness to Achieve Maximum Financial Impact
Join us on 10 June, 2026 at 15.00-16.15 CET
How does excellence in machining connect to excellence in the overall production system and what does it take to make that connection work? Sandvik Coromant and Hups are hosting a joint webinar exploring this and sharing their knowledge.
Many manufacturing companies are already doing a lot right - machines running at high utilization, tooling performance continuously improved, local initiatives driving efficiency. Yet lead times remain long, quality varies, and improvements stay local instead of driving total results.
This is one of the challenges Manufacturing Wellness is designed to resolve.
During this 75-minute session, you will be guided through different perspectives—from strategy to shop floor. You will see how performance is created in machining, and how flow efficiency connects that performance into real business impact.
You will gain clarity on what Manufacturing Wellness means in practice, why strong local performance often fails to scale, and how quality, lead time, and productivity must be managed as one connected system. Most importantly, you will leave with a new perspective on how to create alignment—from operator level to top management—and unlock the full potential of your operations.
This session is relevant for leaders responsible for production, operations, or performance in manufacturing companies working with machining and metal cutting.

Operational Excellence and flow-oriented leadership
This workshop is aimed at people who want to effectively manage their daily work and improve collaboration across team and departmental boundaries. The focus is on aligning operational leadership so that value streams function seamlessly from end to end.
Participants develop a leadership understanding that helps them to clearly assume responsibility and align their leadership with the entire value stream. In the flipped classroom approach, participants independently acquire the theoretical foundations online beforehand, for example through videos, articles, or interactive materials, and then use the shared in-person time specifically for discussions, reflection, and the direct application of what they have learned. In this way, the approach combines preparatory learning content with practical application, allowing concrete challenges from everyday work to be addressed directly and sustainably improved.
