Web Webinar When Everyone

Most organizations chasing transformation aren't short on effort. They're short on signal. Initiatives stack up, leadership pushes harder, and somewhere between the roadmap and the results, the connection gets lost.

In this 45-minute webinar on May 19th, Fredrik Fjellstedt walks through two real cases — a major manufacturing transformation and a med-tech company — to show why a high activity level is one of the most misleading signals a leadership team can rely on. You will see how organizations that look busy from the outside are often the furthest from the flow they need to see results.

The session introduces the 4Cs for flow focus: Clarity, Courage, Commitment and Consensus, applied to both operational and strategic flow. You will also see how the bowler chart can be used to manage progress against the goal rather than against the plan, which is a distinction that matters more than most leadership teams realize.

If you recognize the situation where someone at the top shouts "we need AI" down the chimney while the frontline is buried in initiatives that no one can connect to a clear need, this session was built for exactly that moment.

The webinar is offered in two languages - pick the session that works for you:

Operational Excellence and flow-oriented leadership

This workshop is aimed at people who want to effectively manage their daily work and improve collaboration across team and departmental boundaries. The focus is on aligning operational leadership so that value streams function seamlessly from end to end.

Participants develop a leadership understanding that helps them to clearly assume responsibility and align their leadership with the entire value stream. In the flipped classroom approach, participants independently acquire the theoretical foundations online beforehand, for example through videos, articles, or interactive materials, and then use the shared in-person time specifically for discussions, reflection, and the direct application of what they have learned. In this way, the approach combines preparatory learning content with practical application, allowing concrete challenges from everyday work to be addressed directly and sustainably improved.
