We're looking for an Operational Excellence Expert to help organizations transform and navigate their journey to achieve a Flow-Oriented Operations Strategy.

Our transformation system (platform and flow-oriented programs) allows our clients to develop a capability-building capability, connecting end-to-end flows and develop self-improving organizations. Your mission will be to help our valued customers navigate their transformation journey through our programs and your five-star support!
 

Key Responsibilities

Lead the client programs assigned to you to ensure a five-star support experience, including:
  • Planning, executing, and adjusting our transformation programs in operational excellence, including leading and facilitating kick-offs, workshops, implementation activities, and train-the-trainer events. Online or on-site.
  • Understanding customer pain points and assisting management teams in navigating the development of operational excellence and continuous improvement.
Assist our sales team in the ongoing process of finding and supporting more customers, including:
  • Documenting customer success stories to help illustrate the results from the Operational Excellence Programs.
  • Finding and attracting new customers through existing networks and/or new sales initiatives.
  • Expanding business in current client programs with the help of our product portfolio.
Improve and adapt our programs and advise the development of our transformation system to help solve evolving customer needs, including:
  • Closely following the end user to understand how we can best assist through our increasingly intelligent transformation system.
  • Collecting feedback and on-site data to understand which of our training methods create the best impact and drive the most sustainable results.
Exhibit your thought leadership via our marketing channels:
  • Writing articles, blog posts, and/or video blogs sharing your expert knowledge in the Operational Excellence domain.
  • Speaking at conferences, participating in podcasts, and helping to share a pedagogical and sound view of the complex world of Flow-Orientation, Continuous Improvement, and Sustainable Change.
  • Following your why!
Who we are looking for:
  • You have an operations background, preferably from one or several expert and/or leadership roles.
  • You have hands-on practical experience in developing and adopting operational excellence within one or many industries. Extra points if you bring your own success stories from start to finish.
  • You are a systems thinker and are always looking for simple solutions to complex problems.
  • You see the customer's needs and act to always assist in fulfilling them.
  • You are a lean/agile native. You know how to apply operational excellence methods effectively without getting caught up in dogma or buzzwords. Some version of certification of advanced Lean and/or Agile training is interesting.
  • You are passionate about flow-orientation and the efficiency paradox as explained in the book This is Lean.
  • You can work independently but are just as easily a great part of a larger team leading transformations.
  • You are curious about everything, love learning, and helping others learn.
  • You make mistakes and learn from them, and help others do the same.
  • You have a sense of humor. Not necessarily a good sense of humor.
We don't expect you to fulfil ALL the points above, but hopefully most of them!
 

Other Information

  • Our Stockholm office is our home base for the most part, but you can operate out of our sites in Linköping and Örebro as well.
  • You will be a part of the Operations Team.
  • You need to be fluent in Swedish and English.
