About Joacim
Joacim Harrby has been working with flow-oriented business strategies since 2013 and has helped numerous global and Scandinavian companies transform their organizations. He is an experienced speaker and facilitator, with a background as an officer in the Swedish Armed Forces, where he developed his expertise in leadership development, training, and team building.
Joacim has worked with some of the world’s most well-known companies, most recently including Volvo Trucks, SAAB, Cloetta, Beyond Gravity, as well as leading Scandinavian organizations such as Mantena, Trafikverket, and Holmen Skog. He has had great success facilitating teams in reducing lead times and improving flow efficiency at his clients, which has resulted in enhanced customer satisfaction and increased employee engagement.
His primary tool is leading and training in Flow Efficiency Analysis (FEA), where he helps companies eliminate internal silos and create operations where the customer’s needs are at the center. Joacim's work in flow-orientation has proven to be a "win-win-win" for customers, employees, and business results.
Joacim is also an inspirational speaker who has delivered numerous lectures and keynote presentations across various industries. His goal is to create simple and effective methods to help companies flow-orient their operations with minimal external assistance, enabling their own leaders and employees to drive the transformation.
