What is a Program?
We offer three types of programs: Transformation, Leader Support, and Expert Support. Each program includes modules with videos and follow-up questions to help you reflect and start adding improvements.
What is a Module?
A module is like a mini TEDTalk, beginning with a brief story about a case. The next sections guide you to apply what you've learned to your own organization. You'll also get a chance to answer some questions.
What is an assessment?
When you begin your training, the modules will ask about your organizations current way of working. You'll rate each on a scale from 1 to 10. These responses are compiled into assessments to quickly show you where to focus your efforts.
