What material will I have access to prior to the workshop?

The material you have access to depends on the topic of your Flipped Classroom, but it usually involves a training program which often includes an assessment.

Will I be expected to have completed tasks before the workshop?

Some preparation may be needed before the workshop. For example, watching the training material or completing a current state assessment. Doing this in advance gives everyone the chance to reflect on the findings, align and move the discussion forward.

What to expect:

Here's an outline of what a typical Flipped Classroom with Hups looks like.

Week 1 (Day 3):
Kick off
Digital meeting with participants to give instructions about the pre-training.
Weeks 1 to 3 (Days 4 to 18):
Training
All participants complete 2 to 4 modules individually via the Hups platform.
Weeks 3 to 4 (Days 19 to 22):
Analysis
Client and expert analyse results from the pre-training.
Week 4 (Day 24):
Workshop
2 to 4 hour workshop where participants discuss and identify different improvement initiatives in groups.
