Individuals: What is 'lean'?

This is our first open program for individuals. Starting in late May you will able to experience and learn about the the fundamentals of lean through self-studying at your own pace - and by attending online workshops with expert Niklas Modig.

The program is based on the book ‘This is Lean – Resolving the efficiency paradox’, which was launched in 2011. The book has sold over 300,000 copies and been translated into 18 languages, making it one of the bestselling books about lean - of all times.
