In this hands-on program, participants are divided into cross-functional groups and assigned a ‘problem flow’. Working through the program’s 9 modules, the teams analyze, develop and improve the representative flow while collaborating in an online co-working area. After following a series of recommended implementation activities based on research from our experts, their analyses are combined and then serve as a comprehensive pre-study for improved functionality within their organization.
