Henrik Kniberg
Co-founder of Hups, Henrik Kniberg began his career writing code in Sweden. After years of noticing the sources and patterns that resulted in problematic product launches, he started to study solutions and found his way to agile. He became passionate about this subject and learned to utilize agile thinking to help debug, optimize and refactor organizations around the world. His experiences working with industry-leading companies like LEGO and Spotify gave him a unique insight into what works and what does not, in terms of successful developer teams and their practices. During this ongoing process of learning, teaching and learning some more, Henrik wrote foundational books about Scrum, XP, and Kanban, which have been translated into 12 languages and sold to more than 500,000 readers.
Henrik continues to coach for organizations and gives insightful keynote speeches worldwide. He works as a developer for Minecraft and has somehow found the time to do his part in the fight against climate change by cofounding GoClimate. As an expert here at Hups, Henrik provides integral insights into the basics of agile, its best uses and practices and how organizations can optimize by using it. His program Agile Essentials is one that you will not want to miss!
