Bjorn Ungersness is a consultant, an international speaker, and a founding partner of Lean Communications, Norway's most influential consultant company in the AEC business. Built on a solid foundation of formal education, Bjorn has divided his working time between operational positions including field engineer, department superintendent, education and personnel training. He is passionate about making sure the project personnel is empowered and able to succeed in their day-to-day jobs.
